Club and Organization Fundraising
TO REQUEST A FUNDRAISER
- Ensure you have an established trust with the campus student store
- Complete the fundraiser request forms and submit to Leadership/ Ms. Bermudez or Ms. Molina. Please write your name & club name on the form
- Leadership will send the request to Principal Garibaldi
- Our principal will send the request to our Financial Manager.
- The financial manager will submit to the request to the CRD Financial Manager at the district
TO CHECK THE STATUS
- Sign in as LAUSD Employee at: LAUSD SCHOOL FUNDRAISING
- You will see a list of all HPHS fundraisers OR LAUSD fundraisers
- If you have all fundraisers in LAUSD, search for "HUNTNGTN PK SH" OR "1870001"
POLICY
-Do not promote fundraisers until they have been approved.
-Club Sponsors / Coaches are responsible for fundraising. Unapproved fundraisers will be cancelled immediately and LAUSD policies will be followed to remedy the situation.
-Deposit funds to the student store and obtain a receipt.
